    Consumers would have more money to spend and jobs would be created, increasing opportunities for countless Americans. The Student Loan Forgiveness Act of 2012 is the best strategy for canceling student loans. Educated Americans would receive relief after a reasonable repayment period. Student debt has troubled far too many graduates and their families. It would only be morally correct to discharge their debts after a period of ten years while simultaneously helping the economy.
