Neoliberalism is known as a political philosophy whose proponents support free trade, open markets, deregulation, privatization, and the enhancement of the private sector in society. 'Today. The goal of this philosophy was to hopefully avoid an economic failure like that of the 1930s. Neoliberalism requires the state to participate positively by creating infrastructure and privatizing industries. Privatizations refer to the distribution of public industries to the private sector. Privatization can occur in many ways, including buyouts, stock market sales, or the sale of vouchers. In Canada, some examples of privatization include Petro Canada, Canadian National Airlines, Ontario Hydro, Telus, etc. Privatizing an industry would mean more job opportunities and income. Therefore, the goal of the Ontario Works Act is to create a program that recognizes responsibility and promotes self-reliance, provides financial assistance and serves the public. The standard employment relationship describes the nature of the relationship between the employee and employer with respect to employment. One of the first points is to assume that the job is full-time and that the employee has a single employer. Second, regarding the workplace, the employee must have a physical workplace. And finally that the employment continues for an indefinite or permanent period, i.e. an employment contract. Being involved in a standard employment relationship has many benefits for the employee; they are entitled to additional benefits such as paid vacation, sick leave and health benefits, in addition to being protected by labor laws. However, in recent years, standard employment relationships have changed and are moving more towards casualization.
