The Passion Narratives tell the story of the crucifixion of Christ. Mathew, Mark, Luke and John all tell these stories from a different point of view. In this essay, I will examine the stories of passion in Mathew and John's books. The account of Matthew's passion is found in chapter twenty-seven and includes verses eleven through fifty-six. For John, it is chapter nineteen, verses one through thirty-seven. The difference between the two books is how each person is presented from a different perspective. The differences between the books also give us a better idea of ​​a whole story. With the different points of view, we get a better insight into the life of Jesus. In Matthew it begins with Pilat questioning Jesus. Jesus does not respond to Pilat. This makes it seem like no one is fighting for Jesus. In John, it seems that Pilat does not want to kill Jesus.
