    For me, this chapter has probably been the most beneficial to my current career as we try to build our team at school. The text explains that the four Cs that must be understood by OD practitioners in order to build an effective team are: context, composition, skills, and change management (Rothwell, Stavros, Sullivan, & Sullivan, 2010). This chapter explains how important team building and cohesion are to any job or business. I will take some information from this chapter and apply it to my career and work on team building in my business.
