    The subject of bullies has concerned parents and schools for almost as long as schools have existed, but the real question is who should live without this serious dilemma of our children being bullied at school or to the parents? It is time for schools to step up and get rid of this serious problem of harassment of our children in and out of class by other students. It is time for schools to step up and get rid of this serious problem of harassment of our children in class and outside of class by other students. Educational institutions should eliminate the problem of bullying at the root instead of abandoning it and allowing this mess to appear in the personal life of the child being bullied at home. Not allowing the problem to develop will prevent many incidents in the future. I firmly believe that it is the schools that should intervene in the problem and not the parents. Parents are not with their children during school hours so they are not responsible if their child is bullied because from personal experience I know parents will not....
