Transformational leadership must be applied with care and control because after experiencing it in Fiji and in the workplace, it can be prone to abuse of the part of the leaders. This could lead to unethical behavior by leaders and particularly influence political leaders who are members of a collective group, who use coercive forces to transform their followers, so-called pseudo-transformational leadership behavior. . In this case, authentic leadership is best. Authentic, transparent leadership, based on moral values ​​and sensitive to the needs and values ​​of the people. Servant leadership I have experienced personally in my religious organization: although leaders must lead by example, challenges arise when followers or committee members produce less results over time. Followers or church committee members often believe that by being both a leader and a servant, they can step in and accomplish most of the church's ongoing programs or tasks. Therefore, being aware of this attitude on the part of followers or committee members, team leadership could be applied to team leadership to complement servant leadership when facing these types of problems.
