Benjamin Franklin was a brilliant man who played an important role in the early history of America. He was respected by many and he made great contributions to American society. Although he was not perfect, he exemplified the qualities of what it means to be American. Through his contributions to inventions, writing, and his time management practices, he was the perfect American man. Through his formidable intellectual gifts, Franklin introduced devices into society that greatly benefited America as a whole. He once said: “An investment in knowledge yields the best return.” » These words apply perfectly to his various great ideas.
