1.0 IntroductionEnglish is quickly becoming the dominant means by which the world can communicate. A world language is a global language spoken internationally and learned by many people as a second language. A language becomes a global language by achieving global status recognized throughout the world. This essay will explain the extent to which English has become the world language due to the fact that it is both easy to learn and superior to other languages.2.0 Easy to LearnOne of the reasons why English is easy to learn is that there is no difference. when we talk about whether it's masculine or feminine. When people usually want to learn another language, they usually have difficulty distinguishing masculine and feminine, whether they have it in their own language or not. Another problem that people face when they want to learn another language is grammar. English is notorious for not having as much grammar as other languages. “English has gone so far in this direction that it now has fewer grammatical endings than any other language” (Trask 1999: 69). For example, English is easier to learn than German because it contains less grammar. According to Bauer and Trudgill, "English is much easier than German because English doesn't have as much grammar." English is now taught from a young age to children in schools. English is learned in all mediums of paper, a language widely known during the Roman Empire because of its power. “Without a solid power base, whether political, military or economic, no language can progress” (Crystal, 2003). Nothing says that a certain language is superior. Additionally, every language has its pros and cons, but no language is perfect. Since English is the most dominant language at present, it must be considered superior to some extent.5.0 ConclusionIn conclusion, English has become a global language because it is easy to learn and seems to be the type of language needed for a global economy. language and to a certain extent superior to other languages in its economic power. Eventually, the world language will be used by more people than any other language because of its crucial need. A global language is needed to communicate, otherwise there will never be an end.
