My interest in one of the university's most famous specializations, computer science, dates back to the time when computers emerged as a revolutionary tool. I have always had a fascination with them. I realized that they are an integral part of everyday reality. It gave me a curious perspective and helped me delve deeper into technology which, today, is constantly evolving. Humanity has advanced its realms to such an unimaginable level that it can be said to have intensified its laziness. This creativity is the main reason for my fascination with the course. I learned the basics of programming during my school years. My mentor gave us the time and guidance to develop program logic independently. This deepened the efforts made at the time and gave me a solid foundation on the concepts learned. Since I felt committed to this field, I chose it as my undergraduate course. I got a place in one of the colleges of Anna University through merit. I chose Computer Science and Engineering as my major and scored 86%. We placed as much emphasis on theory as on practical sessions. However, our courses focused primarily on the long-established curriculum and the new technological renovations that take place every year have been neglected. The desire to explore the subjects in more depth encouraged me to continue my studies. A thorough study will be beneficial to me. My end-of-year project, Reclassifying Images Using Multi-Scale Visual Salience Mode, is based on two techniques: visual saliency and relevance. From the users' point of view, salient images are rather selected in an image search than cluttered ones in low-level vision. They are grouped based on color, texture, edge...... middle of paper ......n. Although all the courses seem captivating, I have a deep interest in database management systems and networking. Knowing these topics through the projects I have participated in, I would like to address them in my research. Social media is the pinnacle of the World Wide Web. With the complex virtual connections of networks and the importance of the database that is at the heart of all data-centric applications, computer engineering can never be more attractive. I learned a lot about your university from your website. I believe everyone is motivated and trained in the right way to meet the needs. It would be a pleasure to work in such an innovative team.
