This ratio is what shipbuilders call the perfect ratio for the stability of a boat, but it was only known 'in the 15th century AD. Gilgamesh's boat, being equal on all sides, would have been extremely unstable and unseaworthy*. The Babylonian man took seven days to build his boat while Noah took 120 years. Why would people so rich in numerology use a non-numerological number such as 120 when seven was already in history ??
