    1.0 IntroductionHuman resource management of the business organization is responsible for various responsibilities to ensure that the operations of the business are possible with adequate staff and the necessary skills. Playing the most important department for any business, HR managers are responsible for the most important and difficult aspect that is the employee-employer relationship. This aspect of human resources management is recognized within the organization, among employees, the national government and international organizations. Employee-employer relations constitute the most critical aspect of human resource management for a country as a whole. Various technical aspects, mainly legal, must be well understood and put into practice by the human resources manager or industrial relations manager of a business organization. The process and procedures were not built in a day, many years of industrial relations have educated global society on the improvement and need to have stable and fair industrial relations. “Businesses and their employees must offer that little extra to survive and win in the global economy. This is where good working relationships play a vital role. When employers, employees and unions or other employee representatives work together in a relationship of mutual trust, the benefits are enormous” Rita Donaghy, 2001.1.1 Definition of Employer-Employee RelationsThe employer-employee relationship or employment relations are the relationship between an employer and its employees, as an individual or a group (Maimunah, 2009).
