    BACKGROUNDThe issue of food manufacturing and distribution has existed for hundreds of years as it is one of the necessities of life. In the past, most people limited themselves to traditional methods to meet their daily food needs. Each family owned agricultural land, the productivity of which is often associated with both climatic conditions and their physical capabilities. Nowadays, people tend to keep pace with urbanization and modern technological methods of obtaining food. As a result, the number of companies producing food products and restaurants has increased. Thus, the demand for faster methods of food distribution is increasing every day, which has led to the urgent need for software solutions to facilitate and manage the production and distribution processes. Several software aids will be discussed in my report, including food preservation and improving food delivery systems. This report will discuss and explain the main problems of traditional food manufacturing and distribution methods and propose new software solutions. PROBLEMS Through this section, Some problems and difficulties encountered in the absence of software systems are discussed. Additionally, several up-to-date statistics and reliable citations are provided.A. Disabilities Facing Traditional Methods: This section will discuss the disabilities we face when using traditional methods to harvest, deliver and sell food. It will discuss one of the major factors that led to the urgent need for a software solution.1. Revenue ManagementIn revenue management, the duration of prices and services should be managed in favor of maximizing the revenue generated by a small food business. As small businesses, restaurants can benefit from revenue management, along with many other food factories. In the past, most people were defined by the food prepared at home. However, a large number of people currently depend entirely or partially on restaurants to meet their daily food needs. As a result, the number of restaurants and food businesses is increasing, and the demand for software systems to manage their revenue, facilitate information processing and retrieval, and improve their planning and operating decisions has increased. More recently, it has become rare for a food company to not rely on any software to manage its revenue. (S.6:1-6)
