Essay / Ryan and Brian's Trapped Story - 853
The alarm sounded and Ryan's hand pressed the button at the same time as his feet hit the floor. His excitement made him jump out of bed and put on his clothes. He ran down the stairs like a cheetah. It was his birthday and he knew his parents had something planned. While he was eating his big breakfast, his parents told him they were going to Gaming Galaxy, he almost passed out. Surprised, they also told him he could bring a friend. So he rushed to his phone and called his friend Brian. Brian was so excited that he got dressed, brushed his teeth and headed out the door. He ran to the door because he couldn't wait for his mother to drive him because his mother was going to slow down. He then ran to Ryan's house and they were ready to go to Gaming Galaxy. On the way, they talked about all the games they were going to play first. Once they arrived, their eyes widened in astonishment. There were lights and noises flashing everywhere and in big, bright yellow-green letters it said “Gaming Galaxy”. As they entered, they looked around and wondered which game they were going to play first. “Let’s play.” So they played and they finally finished after an hour and finally won. Once they finished there was a Continue button, they thought they had completed the game. So, wanting to make sure they won, Brian pressed Continue. As a black dot appeared on the screen, they watched it grow until it took up the entire screen and found themselves in a new world. Brian and Ryan look around and wonder what... middle of paper ...... were little S's, and a key saying S means store. Finally, they crawled into bed as their bodies ached. Brian was snoring soundly asleep, while Ryan stayed up all night. Wondering if he and his best friend would make it, or if it was too late. In the morning they began to walk along the street so as not to draw attention to the disgusting creatures. Brian was paranoid and would stop crouching and aiming if it looked like a zombie. He didn't want to become one of them because the idea of eating someone alive made him nauseous. The thought made him feel sick to his stomach. So they ran across the street and quickly slowed down to peek around the corner. Jogging then stopping, they hesitated in the driveway, unsure if it was safe. So they finally continued the argument to catch up. And see if they can get closer.
