Organizations like McDonalds should inculcate qualities such as flexibility because coworkers have their own personality and quantities, which makes them different from others. An organization should focus on the qualities that a worker brings into the organization, regardless of color and race. Periodic review and feedback should be done by franchises and management to check whether workers are satisfied or not. Language is a communication tool that delivers a message, but it is much more than that; it has strengths and weaknesses that project a national character and even a philosophy (LEWIS, Richard D., 2004).
