There are two forms of defining information management: From the technical perspective, the information system collects, stores, and disseminates information from the environment and internal operations of an organization to support organizational functions and decision making, communication, coordination, control, analysis and visualization. Information systems transform raw data into useful information through three basic activities: input, processing, and output. From a business perspective, an information system proves to be a solution to a problem or challenge facing a business and brings real economic value to the business. INFORMATION MANAGEMENT IN HITACHI TRANSPORT SYSTEM (M) SDN BHDHitachi Transport System (M) SDN BHD is one of the branches of the main head office in Japan called Hitachi Transport System, Ltd.
