These are people who face many challenges throughout their lives; these are individuals who are more likely to become depressed due to poor social communications with others, these are individuals who cannot perform their usual activities properly, and these are individuals who are bullied by others. They are commonly referred to as obese people. The problem they face is known as obesity. Obesity is a condition in which an individual's weight is greater than the normal weight. An individual is considered obese if their weight exceeds normal weight by 20% or more. Age, gender and height are taken into account to calculate a person's normal weight. The commonly used tool to estimate obesity is BMI. The world has noticed an increase in the number of obese people. According to the World Health Organization, the number of obese people doubled between 1980 and 2008. This statistic raises many questions that need to be answered to reduce or avoid obesity.1. SymptomsBeing obese can make your life uncomfortable and cause problems that will affect you negatively. The problems caused by obesity are classified into three problems. The first are short-term problems, which are the day-to-day problems easily visible to the person themselves. Short-term problems include severe daily fatigue, difficulty breathing and sleeping, back and joint pain, and profuse sweating. The second are long-term problems, which are problems that can harm the person's life and are usually not noticed by the person.
