When I was a freshman, I was curious about the sport of wrestling. When I tried it, I couldn't wait to learn more. It's not just rolling on the mat, it's a form of combat using wrestling techniques such as throws, takedowns, pins, holds and joint locks. In addition to this sport, there are various ways to use these wrestling techniques. Wrestling has many rich memories in its history with a variety of wrestling styles and rules.
