The resources mentioned are in the form of equipment, facilities and human activities in an organization. This happens in all organizations, regardless of the nature of the activities. In manufacturing, manufacturers are required to plan the company's production, which means developing schedules for workers, equipment, purchasing, maintenance and other aspects that influence productivity in a factory.2.1 .1 Planning operations and conditionsPlanning operations in different companies differ depending on the variety of products produced and the volume in which these parts are manufactured. This difference in operations will affect how a company organizes its operations. Each type of business activity requires different planning techniques.
