    It takes a lot to be able to develop other leaders to reach level 4; that's what Level 5 leaders do. Leaders who reach Level 5 lead so well for so long that they create a legacy of leadership in the organization they serve. Pinnacle leaders stand out from the rest. Leadership at this high level elevates the entire organization and creates an environment that benefits everyone, contributing to their success. Level 5 leaders often possess influence that transcends the organization and industry in which they work. For example, Steve Jobs was a productive leader because he ensured that the people around him were productive, and that they respected and followed him because of his legacy. The things he said made me think, a position does not make you a leader, and leadership is not a noun it's a verb, an action
