    Teachers don't need to carry a lot of books and notes because they can have everything on a laptop or iPad. Additionally, they can easily develop lesson plans, access the curriculum, and track student progress. Teachers can personalize lessons according to the individual needs and learning type of each student using certain applications (Skillip). I learned this at an annual ARD (Admission, Review and Dismissal) meeting for my son, everything was done electronically and all notes were taken on iPads and laptops. They were able to share their lesson plans and IEP and email me a copy right after the meeting. There were no documents to fill out. I know that children can benefit from technology when used in a controlled environment. I have seen my daughter improve her spelling and weekly exam thanks to a spelling app given to her by the school. This helps her learn to pronounce and spell the word, and it won't move her forward until she gets a
