Obama Care is a drag on business and a job killer for the very companies that create the most jobs in the United States. It's expensive, vague, dishonest and tedious. We can do better. (Reis 4) Obama Care may provide affordable insurance for some, but ultimately it will kill businesses and jobs (“Pros and Cons” 1). Obama Care, also known as the Affordable Care Act, is a poor insurance plan for Americans because jobs will be lost and it will burden small businesses. The Affordable Care Act violates the First Amendment. It forces religious organizations to go against their conscience and provide free contraceptives and abortions (Kirik 1). While this may be affordable for some, it has many flaws. Obama Care requires people to give up health insurance they might already have and adopt insurance that discriminates against their religion and/or even their moral values, the mandate requires you to sign up for Obama Care ("Pros and Cons" 2 ).
