The American dream of Willy Loman in The Death of a Salesman by Arthur MillerDeath of a Salesman is the story of Willy Loman, a middle-class salesman who, over the course of a single Today, he realizes that the American dream he has pursued for 40 years has failed. Willy's relentless but naive pursuit of success not only affected his self-esteem, but also dominated the lives of his wife Linda and sons Biff and Happy.
