I chose to be a witness, which allowed me to feel more involved in the action of the case. With this role came a sense of responsibility, as I had to ensure I presented accurate information to the court so that a reasonable judgment could be made. In this case, defendant McCauley Malkin was charged with felony auto theft and felony receiving stolen property. He allegedly stole a red 2013 Corvette from Jets Car Sales, owned by Michael Zumboni.
