    Children also learn that rules can be changed and see what the world is like through the eyes of others. They are able to accept that there may be more than one correct answer. They also believe, like Kohlberg, that Stage 1 theory of punishment is an act of bad behavior. Kohlberg second level which is conventional morality which is divided into stages 3 and 4. Stage 3 is called interpersonal relationships, which is often referred to when adults say good boy and good girl. Also at this stage, children who are typically beginning their adolescence may see morality as more than just agreements. Also at this stage, children focus on meeting social expectations and roles in family and other relationships. Good behavior means they will have good motivations and interpersonal feelings such as love and empathy, trust and concern towards others with whom they relate. Step 4 gives the same answer as step 1, the similarity is that they both think that if you do something wrong you are breaking the law. The difference between stage 4 and stage 1 is that the child/adolescent can deliberate on the answers now as when they were in stage 1 when they could not explain.
