    Design an organizational motivation plan that encourages: high job satisfaction, low turnover, high productivity, high quality work. There is a direct link between employee motivation and job satisfaction. Although our company prides itself on its employees, from a legal perspective we cannot attract our workers individually. It must be presented equally in all areas. However, a plan that creates an atmosphere in which workers are motivated to perform at a higher level should be implemented. Our incentive plan includes provisions regarding job security. Job security focuses on the employee's ability to achieve company goals. Opportunities that encourage the use of employee innovation will be created to expand the products and services offered by the company. Employees will also be provided with the appropriate resources to help them improve their performance. Some motivational resources include educational training, job rotation, salary increases, rewards and bonuses. This plan will also encourage communication between managers and workers. Managers must ensure that all workers are included in the review of the company's daily operations. Not only will this give workers the opportunity to discuss with managers processes that are not beneficial to the company, but it will also allow them to discuss possible replacement alternatives. In turn, management is able to recognize the strengths and weaknesses of individuals. For example, some workers may exhibit characteristics such as strength in leadership, communication, and innovation. Others may not have these characteristics.
