According to the three-day nutritional report, my RDA intake does not correspond to a desirable diet; I have micronutrient as well as macronutrient deficiencies. In order to understand this procedure, I decided to break it all down by addressing all the nutrients that fall below 80%. The goal is to recognize factors that affect desirable nutrition as well as identify food groups that will improve my nutritional health. Note: The DRI values are changed in my diet due to trying to lose weight. The usual calorie intake for someone like me would be 2,200 kcal/day, but the recommended calorie intake to lose 2 pounds per week would be 1,669.73 calories per day. To begin the three-day report, I will start with macronutrient intake. ; I fall below the recommended calorie intake. The value of calorie intake was 1263.83 and the target RDA is 1669.73 -76%, the value of calories from fat was 172.86. The RDA target is 467.36 -37%, the calories from saturated fat target is 41.23. The ANR objective is 150.22 -27%. Therefore, these results indicate that I am not consuming the right amount of calories/day. In conclusion, in order to obtain desirable nutrition and be healthy, I will have to consume more of the foods mentioned above on each category/group or by adding a nutritional supplement to my diet. Calorie intake is also important, so by adding more fruits and vegetables to my diet, I am confident I will achieve the desired weight and a healthier life..
