    IntroductionStandards are part of everyday life. Without standards, the world would be in total chaos. Norms are by definition rules of behavior shared by members of a society and anchored in the value system. ( ) Standards are high in a society and are valued by its members. Standards vary from company to company. What is considered normal in one society may not be acceptable in another society. Standards are a way of life of a society. If a member of society violates this norm, they may be considered strange or even penalized depending on the type of norm violated. Norms are divided into three categories: customs, morals and laws. Customs are customs or desirable behaviors that are not strictly enforced. Violating a tradition is not criminal, but violating a tradition can make you look weird. Morals are the strongest form of norms and have great moral significance in a society. Violating a plus is considered immoral or borderline criminal.
