A cancer survivor, Lance Armstrong continued his career in 1999 and competed in the Tour de France from 1999 to 2005. Others became suspicious of his behavior and testified as a drug user. In August 2012, USADA (United States Anti-Doping Agency) had evidence showing that Armstrong was a user of illegal drugs. This documentary evidence includes laboratory tests, emails from his Italian doctor, Michele Ferrair, and monetary payments.
