While we are on Facebook, Instagram, we can see so many advertisements; all these advertisements from companies improving their business through social media. First of all, to support my opinion, my first small organization is a Madam Boutique (traditional style clothing of India). Indians live across the world, many Indians like and follow her Facebook page and Instagram page every day and even they post the new styles of traditional dresses on a monthly or weekly basis. Their customers order the dresses online, send a sample and video chat with them. Their Facebook says they will respond in a few hours. Thanks to the Facebook page and the Instagram page, they are expanding their customer base day after day. My second big company is southwest airline which will clearly show us that social media has an impact on business. Southwest Airlines is America's leading airline, the largest low-cost carrier, in Delas. Southwest Airlines is a domestic airline that flies only within the United States.
