Cybercriminals use many websites to develop "crimeware", such as viruses, Trojans and keyloggers, so that other criminals can detect them in their own way. Most crimeware does not act as a command, but as a data provider. A data provider can steal private information from anyone's computer, which can then be used and seen by any cybercriminal. Security is at an all-time low due to these malicious attacks on the web. Governments attack other governments for political reasons. Cybersecurity is weak, meaning a massive cyberattack is possible. An attack that could shut down every network in America. Unlike weapons of mass destruction, but a bit like a nuclear weapon and how difficult it can be to get one.
