    AgriComp Case StudyAgriComp provides IT systems to farmers and is trying to decide whether to change procedures for disputes relating to claims under the guarantee. Currently, local dealers are handling disputes and customers are complaining about the dispute resolution process. AgriComp decided to study the process to determine if the voices of some customers represent the concerns of all customers. This case study will identify the variables presented, the level of measurement and why these levels are appropriate. The team will also analyze a dataset of sample responses to determine the recommendation to make to management. Variables Presented, Level of Measurement Used, and Relevance A one-part survey asking two questions was administered to dealers. The first question used an ordinal scale to measure how many dealers supported replacing the existing system with the mediation system.
