    We faced many social changes, the norms were no longer there and we started with a routine of daily adult tasks. After my son turned one, I found out I was pregnant again. We were already lower class with nothing but minimal corner work living with my grandparents in their garage. Another child would put us even lower on the socio-economic scale. Although we were happy, we were in no way prepared. My daughter was born on April 24, 2010 without complications. We knew that our economic situation would never be where we wanted it to be if we did not continue our education. Between two children and trying to find our own place, our social roles put education second. My social role was above all that of a stay-at-home mother. I spent my day taking care of my children and doing household chores. I hated falling into the cauterizing gender label of just a stay-at-home mom. As for my husband, his social role was mainly that of breadwinner and head of the house. We finally got our own place and I graduated high school in 2014 and immediately started college, that was my achieved status. Things still don't get easier, but in the end
