Catholic education has always been very important to me. I think without religion in my life I would be completely destroyed. Having something to believe in is very important, because when you believe in something, you have a reason to continue living. Catholic education also gave me great morals and values that I will carry with me for the rest of my life. Thanks to Catholic education, I became a kind, generous and faithful person. Finally, it is a good thing to be able to learn in an atmosphere where everyone is Christ-like and positive. This makes learning much more comfortable and attractive. I believe that attending a Catholic high school will make my life more stable, make me a person with better moral values, and provide me with comfort and attraction. After high school, I would like to become a dermatologist or cosmetic surgeon. I've always wanted to become a doctor, and both dermatology and cosmetics seem like interesting fields to explore. I often find myself trying home remedies, researching skin and cosmetic issues, and even watching shows about dermatology and cosmetic surgery! So these fields would be perfect for me! I would also love to be able to travel the world, as I have always had a spirit of adventure. But I'm not really sure if that's exactly what I want to do when I'm older. I think I'd like to learn more about what I want to do with my future while I'm in high school. Currently, I am a part of Girl Scout Troop #5914. We do a lot of community work, such as beach cleanups, food drives, toy drives, etc. I have been an active Girl Scout since I was in 2nd grade and will definitely continue my service even after college. . I'm also starting... middle of paper......or right now my family is not in the best financial situation. My father has been unemployed for months because he is terribly ill and is currently recovering from major surgery. Currently, my mother supports our family of three children on just her salary. Without any financial aid, I will not be able to attend a Catholic high school. But it's not just my family's financial problems that would make me the best choice for this scholarship. If I am lucky enough to receive a scholarship, I promise to represent it well. I will work consistently in my studies, continue my community service, and participate in many school activities. I will work hard throughout high school and I will never let up. I will make the most of the scholarship given to me and I will certainly not take it for granted..
