Later, cell phone became the most important tool in our daily life in the modern world. Today's society is, to some extent, a world controlled by cell phones. Although it is true that cell phones bring us countless conveniences, their use should be limited despite their advantages such as maps and communication, since they can cause accidents when used while driving, restricting the driver attention, which can lead to safety issues, and health problems. According to statistics on cell phone use while driving, “In 2012, 3,328 people were killed in distraction-related crashes. About 421,000 people were injured in crashes involving a distracted driver” (Edgarsnder.com). These daily cell phone uses include texting, calling, gaming, social media, and other personal use applications. Unfortunately, many accidents have occurred due to people using cell phones while driving on the road, so it would be a good idea to put them away while driving. Even though cell phones provide enormous benefits in our lives, they are becoming a major concern and one of the leading causes of road accidents. Some countries like Africa and Australia have restricted cell phone use while driving. Even if people are familiar with driving, people who use cell phones while driving can put the lives of others at risk. More and more drivers are using cell phones while driving, which could lead to more car accidents. Therefore, the use of cell phones is a major cause of death and death.
