One of the best parts was seeing the creativity and ingenuity of all the children, as they participated in this program. One girl was very shy, but she had a lot of very imaginative ideas and when it came time to present it, she had a lot to say about her project. It's been four years now since we did this camp, and I've seen her in church and seen her grow as a person. I hope that all children who have expressed their love of learning and intellectual curiosity will continue to participate in STEM (science, technology, engineering and mathematics) programs and have the opportunity to graduate from high school and continue their studies.
