Essay / My role in society - 663
How many times have you seen people sitting on the road, looking longingly at the delicious food in restaurants? All these people probably earn their living by picking up trash. These people did not have the same privileges as us. Wouldn't it be an ecstatic sight to see these people living their lives the way they want? My role in society is to bring equality to these people by helping them in any way possible. I want to get rid of unreasonable discrimination in society. I can use some methods to do this. As a student, my primary responsibility is to my education and my school community. Studies are not the predominant purpose of school. A school also develops a person's moral compass which will help them overcome the social pitfalls of life. The best place to start applying these moral values is in the school itself. To maintain a good community, we must accept others as they are and leave no room for discrimination. My school community is made up of a wide range of nationalities and isolating myself with people of a specific culture is an unfavorable act. Without prejudice, mutual respect exists. It is the dominant aspect to form a stable basis for a relationship with peers. Having equal importance to each other allows everyone to keep their minds free from insecurity. Take, for example, some students at school who excel academically and treat mediocre students as less than themselves. This cold behavior will make them think poorly of themselves. These students will hesitate to go to school because they will be afraid of insults. One day, this psychological stress will build up to the point where they may become mentally disabled. To avoid this problem, I must direct people's minds towards the middle of paper, that is by educating the poor. There are many gifted children whose dreams are suppressed by poverty. I can run a social media campaign encouraging people to donate money to help create career opportunities and training for the poor and excluded. This could arouse the interest of other minds in social service and this would greatly benefit the poor. A society is like a human body. All organs must work in symbiosis for the body to function. If one of them is neglected, the whole body will suffer. My role in society is to be the immune system and fight against the disease of inequality reinforced by hatred and arrogance. It is because of their ego that the poor are treated like fleas. If we have had the opportunity in our life to make our dreams come true, why not share it with others? If everyone plays their part in the fight against this disease, we will beat it.
