I was trying to figure out how I was going to live without my phone. My dad told me it would be a week before I could get a new phone. These words hurt me to hear because I basically survive on my phone, it was my alarm to wake me up for school and it was where I talked to all my friends. Honestly, I felt like I was going to be socially isolated because I also needed my phone to connect with all my friends. Honestly, this week was hell for me, I had a hard time waking up for school because I didn't have my alarm to wake me up every morning. I felt disconnected from my friend because at school they talked about everything that was happening on social media and I was the clueless girl who didn't know anything. It was almost as if, since I didn't have my phone, I was disconnected from everything. Honestly, I never thought I would survive that week. I promise myself that I will never leave without my phone
