    The idea of ​​experiential learning was conceived at the turn of the 20th century. John Dewey recognized that learning is a process in which students can contribute to a better understanding of experiences they may have had during their lives. This is a good thing because when this first came into play, it was a theory that it was best to learn from the experiences we can have, as well as how we use our minds and our body to understand and learn to distinguish between a certain task that we may have to accomplish during adventure education. It comes down to one important thing: every child is different and no two children truly learn the same way. Children can be visual learners, vocal learners or learn from their experiences, which is why children today need to be introduced to the ideas that there are many different ways to learn, and it is not about just sitting in a classroom looking at a blackboard. I know that for me, I am an active learner, where I learn from experiences that are necessary for me to succeed as a person. Adventure education is just another way for kids to get out and experience the world.
