Basically, traditional terrorism and cyberterrorism have the same goals and share the same values, such as disorganizing the state government, causing enormous economic and political damage and losses, a destabilization which will cause a change of government. But there are still differences in certain aspects. Unlike traditional terrorists who use bombs or other weapons to achieve their goals, cyberterrorists use modern information technologies for the same purpose. First of all, these are computer programs and viruses, viruses that destroy the network and stored information, the so-called "logic bombs", "Trojan" programs, program sniffers and other types of informational weapons. One of the best examples of cyberterrorism is the murder committed in 1998 in one of the hospitals of the United States, where under the confidential security of the FBI there was a very important witness, the terrorist accessed the hospital via the Internet and transformed a cardiostimulation machine, as if following the death of the patient. Very often, unlike traditional terrorists, cyberterrorists commit certain acts for their own benefit.....
