Nevertheless, it received not only negative racist comments, but also support from netizens particularly sensitive to ideas about how race and nationality control cultural informed the critics of Lou's criticisms. This phenomenon is not part of a global village because people have not accepted the diversity of global culture, nor of cultural imperialism since one racial nationality dominates other cultural practices. Accordingly, we observe this event as a blending of the two processes in what Appadurai calls "disjunction flows", where the movement of things, ideas and products interact but do not determine each other. There are people who make harmful racist comments about Lou Jing's Chinese nationality when viewing this event from their perspective of cultural imperialism, and others who support Lou Jing's nationality as a black Chinese by observing the event from their global village perspective. As a result, the new chaos resulting from the expansion of the cultural globalization society leads us to view the entire process of globalization as a flow of cultural disjunction rather than as a driver of globalization.
