It tells about the six drinks: cola, coffee, tea, spirits, wine and beer. It provides the origin of each drink and facts about the drink. It explains in detail how the drink was made, who made it, and the ingredients of each drink. There are even short stories about drinks. Cola was created by John Pemberton. He was trying to make a cure for headaches and created a delicious soft drink. Cocaine was in the original Coca Cola, hence the cola in Coca Cola. He put coca leaves with kola nuts and other ingredients. Cola is for kola nuts whose ka was changed to ac because it sounded better. Coca Cola's biggest rival is Pepsi. There was so much rivalry in Russia that coke was disguised as vodka for one of the Soviet Union's top officers. The book contains many facts about coke.
