    It evaluated the effectiveness issues and suggestions for improving cell phones and SMS among technical and vocational program teachers. The results showed that M-learning has already taken its place in good preparation and it needs to be extended further by using appropriate language and incorporating preferred frequency. Other studies show that mobile phones can record lectures, read e-books, provide feedback, access the Internet, multimedia materials, practice exercises, and use educational software to enhance learning.
