When our group discovered that the theme for this year's History Day was “Impact and Innovation,” we had a revelation To illustrate what had the most impact on people's lives, we therefore decided to do our on a project on innovation in the textile industry and the impact of textile factories. Textile mills provided people with a source of cheap fabric that impacted everyone's lives in the 18th and 19th centuries. In order to get our insights into the innovation and impact of textile mills, as a group we gathered information from various venues and did extensive research on our topic.
