    When you look closely at the issue of immigration, it comes down to a simple weighing of the negatives against the positives. When you take into account that our country was founded by immigrants and many say it is a reasonable reason for all illegal immigrants to become citizens because it is the same principle. However, in my honest opinion, this is not the case. Yes, I agree that we are a country founded and built on the backs of immigrants, but nowadays as a people we can't even help ourselves and live with hatred and internal conflict as well as with many problems with our government and system that have been destroyed due to political fighting. So when we fear war and face an enemy willing to do anything to advance its agenda, we must, as a people, say that we cannot allow foreigners to enter our borders illegally and so live from our system not only because it is broken, but also because of all the unknowns that we are unable to control. The issue of immigration is silent to me: as a nation we can no longer bear to support our citizens because we fail to support our own. Economic, educational and fear issues
