redemption? And also, how did the Jahwist/Yahwist and the priestly source know what God was saying, and did they see God, like the people saw Jesus? The story is that God told them or they made it up to make people believe. “These two specific texts are mythical or symbolic stories, not scientific theories (p.5).” Krieg is right, not everything can be scientifically used to determine good and evil or reason, especially religion. But I don't think this is a good answer for the middle of the paper......it's better and makes more sense to me because it describes from the beginning all the way back to Jesus. I like the way Robert Krieg talks about Christianity, the story of God's creation, and modern examples around our real lives that make reading more interesting and easier. Although my religion is not Christianity, it is good to learn new things and know what Christianity is. I believe that every religion that wants people to do good things and have good moral and ethical values to create a world of peace and security, only the doctrines and gods are different. Regardless of your religion and what you believe, people should live in this life, do good things and be happy. You don't know what happens after death, is there a heaven and a hell? The important thing is now, this life. You can't control everything that happens outside, but you can certainly control your own actions..
