A leader can be understood as someone who others follow. He must have great influence over others and the ability to organize a group of people to achieve a common goal. Leadership skills involve: character traits, behavior, vision, values, charisma and intelligence. Leadership includes many steps such as: having a clear vision and being able to share it effectively with followers. Also provide the tools and information needed to achieve this vision. As Bob Mason, founder of a leadership company, said: “Leadership is simply getting others to do what the leaders want. Good leadership, whether formal or informal, helps others reach their full potential while accomplishing the organization's mission and goals. All members of an organization, who are responsible for the work of others, have the potential to become good leaders if properly developed. » Throughout history, many leaders have left a great impact on their community. Their strategies might have differed, but the commonality between them is that they succeeded in this world because of their leadership position.
