IntroductionI am writing an assessment to understand why an onboarding process is necessary to ensure the new member works safely and effectively upon arrival. I will ask new members of the Organization for their reaction and conclusions on the current induction process. We'll also look at how workplace coaching can help new and existing employees improve their skills and learn how to implement new skills. I will develop a plan to integrate new employees into a team and also coach existing employees to improve their skills. The onboarding process must be effective for new employees and this process must be well known to the person ensuring this procedure is carried out.
