BIIN is a limited company employing staff to write, design and distribute the magazine. Sellers buy the magazine for a pound and resell it for two pounds, making a 100 percent profit. Part of this money must be reinvested in the purchase of new magazines; the rest is kept by the seller. Thus, despite his social exclusion, the seller benefits from a regular salary. It encourages people to make an effort to develop routine and stability and gives them the opportunity to change their lives for the better. This essay will examine how the Big Issue participates in current legislation; the history of the great problem; study the internal structure of the organization and demonstrate how the Big Issue ensures efficiency and manages constraints. Every government that has come to power has attempted to eradicate homelessness and reduce crime rates.
