    STRATEGIC GROUP MAPThe strategic group map is defined as an industry that provides a similar product to the same segment of the population (Lyke 2014). With strategic group map, it can help the organization to identify direct and indirect competitors alongside this strategic group map, also able to identify strategic opportunities and problems (strategic group map 2014). The strategic issue to be considered in the tea industry is the quantity of tea leaves capable of being produced by the country. Since the amount of tea produced by each country is different, the variables chosen for the strategic group map are "tea leaf products" which will be displayed on the Y axis. For the x axis, the map of the strategic group will be the geographical area to which it was exported. will show how much each country's tea industries export tea to another country. This will vary from small to large quantity of tea exported by each country. Given the range of tea products produced by India, there are a number of competitors around the world supplying and producing tea. . For reasons of economic scale, many tea producing countries try to penetrate with their existing products by exporting to another country (Senewiratne 2013). In order to capture the competitiveness of these tea industries worldwide, the strategic group map highlights the quantity of tea producers and geographic exports of each tea industrial country. Through the strategic group map we can see the following: I) China seems The main competitor of Indian tea industries is China, it can be seen that China dominates in terms of producer and export of tea by relation to Indian tea industries.
