Organizational behavior is a field of study that studies the impact of individuals, groups, and structure on behavior within organizations, with the goal of applying this knowledge to improve the effectiveness of an organization (Robbins, Judge. 2014). I believe that what makes a good leader a leader is when that person is passionate, has a vision, a motivation, goes beyond their organization, their communication skills, their power and their group structure; will make a person a great leader.
